Making a windup doll

The windup doll of the Taketa shrine is a handmade doll. This doll is made of the parts of the head, a trunk, a hand, and a leg. The body knits a bamboo. The same body is used every year. On the other hand, the head makes newly every year and it inserts in the body. Finally it dresses with clothes. And a samurai's doll is completed.
